THE "FYI's" FOR "ON" YOUR APPOINTMENT DAY       Updated:  FOR 2024

1) NEW CLIENTS -- BRING: COMPLETED  INTAKE FORM (<--click)
Your 1st appointment will proceed only once your intake form

is thoroughly completed (& signed) & you have given your informed consent.

2) YOUR FOCUS -- Here's what to inform your therapist about:
For your BODY: specific areas of concern, and symptoms. . . include:

a) response to recent previous session with me, if applicable
    b) recent or related activities, incidents, procedures
    c) your intention, and any preferences / precautions
    d) relevant info: other treatments, hydration, diet, sleep, stress level, emotions, medications, circumstances, etc.

3) ARRIVE HEALTHY,  HYDRATED,  & CLEAN
Healthy?  Be clear of symptoms before entering clinic.  Help to keep us all healthy.
Hydrated? Up your water intake 48+ hours before session; your tissues will respond best to treatment.
Clean? Arrive considerately clean all over: this both helps your body's responsiveness & is respectful to therapist & others using the clinic.
HANDS:  Hand soap & sanitizer is available in clinic washroom.
FEET:  I am so sorry that I have to spell this out:  Some folks have arrived fresh from a barefoot/sandal walk or yard work without addressing the dirt/dust on their feet.  The Clinic has white carpet.  So for optimal care & hygiene, please arrive with your feet (relatively/freshly) clean -- especially in summer, or after long day in footwear.
